Pilot Terms Preview
BuyerCare AI pilots start controlled, draft-only, and owner-approved.
This page summarizes the intended pilot posture for early customers. Signed order forms, data-processing terms, and security requirements are completed before production use.
Pilot status
BuyerCare AI early pilots are commercial pilots for ecommerce support operations. Final price, payment path, data-processing language, security requirements, and account access must be mutually approved before production use.
Draft-only default
Pilots begin in draft-only mode. BuyerCare AI classifies tickets, drafts replies, cites operational evidence, and recommends workflow rules before any auto-send permission is enabled.
Human-review lanes
Refund approvals, replacements, chargebacks, legal threats, fraud signals, harassment, damaged goods, high-value exceptions, and unclear policy calls remain human-reviewed unless a customer explicitly approves a narrower rule.
Data and access
Customers should provide only scoped access needed for the approved pilot, such as anonymized ticket tags, current policy rules, helpdesk draft access, and Shopify read-only context where appropriate.
No professional advice
BuyerCare AI helps with ecommerce support operations. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulated professional advice.
Final terms
Customer-requested data-processing, procurement, and security language is reviewed before payment or account access.
